Tetyana Vavriychuk

Tetyana Vavriychuk (Tania) is a Legal Assistant with Clarke Immigration Law. Tetyana has more than 10 years of legal experience, working in Ukraine and Canada, and she has extensive experience working with newcomers and immigrants, including a placement with Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). She provides services in Russian, Ukrainian and English.

In Ukraine, Tetyana acquired her Master’s Degree in Law at the National University of Ostroh Academy. In 2008, she opened her own law office where she served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Private Notary for clients in corporate and commercial matters. She has several publications and awards from her legal work as a Private Notary.

Tetyana is currently completing a Bachelors in Criminal Justice at the University of Winnipeg. She is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society for the outstanding academic achievements and she was a recipient of the Edith Lindsay Memorial Scholarship, placed on the Dean’s Honour List – Student of Highest Distinction, and a recipient of the Academic Proficiency Scholarship.

As a recent immigrant to Canada, Tetyana is culturally sensitive and understands the specific challenges faced by potential immigrants on their way to achieving their dream of immigrating to Canada.
